First things first - Set the stage for a great home spa experience
Preparing a little time for relaxation can work wonders for our state of mind just as much as for our hair. If you have a bathtub fill it with water. If you prefer the shower, run hot water a few times to warm up the space. You can run the water over some dried herbs such as lavender or eucalyptus to create a relaxing and invigorating scent. Dim the lights or turn them off all together and light a candle. Bring in a book or your favorite magazine, even a glass of wine or maybe a cup of tea. They will come in handy while you wait for the treatments to work their magic. All these little details will help you recreate a relaxing atmosphere and get you in a spa mood.
Step 1 - Pre-Treatment
Cell turnover is a normal process of the skin, but we often forget that our skin extends to our scalps too. To truly benefit from haircare treatments we must start with a clean slate, that is, with removing dead skin cells from the scalp. Step 2 - Cleansing
