US DELIVERY TERMS

  • Deliveries can only be made within the continental United States.
  • Whenever referred to, working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
  • Any delivery timescales are based on information provided by carriers and are indicative only.
  • Orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and United States Territories have different requirements. For details please contact us hello@miriamquevedo.com.
  • At this time we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes, A.P.O or F.P.O.
  • Hazardous Materials. Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish etc.) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend UPS Ground. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you’ll be completely delighted with your order. If for any reason you’re not though, we’re happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement – as long as you return it to us within 21 days, unopened, unused and in its original condition. 

Please follow the below steps to return your item:

  1. Email customer services
    Please email our customer services team at hello@miriamquevedo.com with your order number, contact information and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Return your package by recorded delivery 
    Upon authorization of your return request, please use the pre-paid shipping label provided by customer service. Please return your item to us by recorded delivery (you can do this at your local post office). You’ll need to keep hold of your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage. Make sure your items are wrapped securely, preferably in the same outer packaging you received them in.
  3. We’ll be in touch within 30 working days with your refund, replacement or exchange
    Once we’ve got your items, we’ll check they’re unused and sealed – and process the return as quickly as possible. For refunds, we’ll reimburse you using your original payment method. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for processing.

Please note that we can’t refund delivery charges.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In addition to our returns policy, you have the legal right to cancel your order within three working days from receipt – simply send us a notice of cancellation in writing, and, if you have already received your package, return it unopened. Opened packages will not be accepted. Where items are delivered to a third party, you can also exercise this right, as long as the aforementioned conditions are met.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
